Default Option buttons for multiple choice questions

I am trying to adapt a text based multiple choice test to be interactive. (Allows pupils using laptops to access it)

The first question works fine but Q2 erases the options selected for Q1.

How do I separate the questions?
  • tried separate cells in a table
  • tried inserting breaks (continuous) - all to no avail!

I use Word 2000 but can work it out from advice for a later edition. [With 15years experience I am not going to flush that down the pan!]
