Default Macro to mark non-coloured/non-highlighted text as hidden

Hi. I need to be able to mark as hidden all text in a document (in this case an XML doc.) that is not a specific colour and/or that is not highlighted with a specific colour. (This allows me to then pull it out and work on it in a translation program.)

Is there a word macro or macro template that I can use or adapt to do this?

Many thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Peter
