I would like to make some links inside the word document, such as this example:

a chart in the body of the document, and then somewhere else some text that links to that chart, while still inside the document. How can I do so?

One more question, while I'm at it: is there anyway to make an Unordered list in both the left and right sides, on the same line, without the use of a table? By unordered list, I mean this:

• some text here, on the left side, and then some text on the right side, on this same line, with another of those circles.

Any help is deeply appreciated.
