Hi forum
Is it possible to have a field in word, that you could fill in, and then have word automatically saving the entry as a an autotext entry with predefined attributes? An example: Generic Company A/S GenericRoad 2 40402 Generic City Att: Mr. Neutral I want to save this entry, so that I can bring it up again fast, just by typing the beginning of "Generic company" and then hitting enter. This can be done using autotext, but I think that the process of saving the entry is too long and complex. Any ideas? Can you make a formula field that could do this? Thank you The Dane Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 11-19-2014 at 08:53 PM. Reason: Mark as solved |
