Default appear automatically word!

Hi!

I have to arrange a long table on the ms word.

I've written so many times "Basarman" on this table to the diferrent boxes.

So, I want this;

When I press "B" button, "Basarman" should be appeared automatically.

How can i do this?

Default Autotext

You can create an Autocorrect entry that will do this, but remember that EVERY time you type a b, it will become Basarman. I would suggest, instead, using b/ or some similar kind of combination that is not found in another context.

You can create your autocorrect entry by pressing the Office button, then Word Options/Proofing/Autocorrect Options.

You could also think about creating a Macro that would type the word - if you assign it to the keyboard, then you will be able to use a key combo whenever you want the word.

(to be honest - this is no qiucker, nor any better than the previous solution by Ulodesk - it's just another option for you!)
