Default Ms word form , vba?

I have been trying to make something for work that allows my employees to basically answer pop up questions and the answers will be automatically filled in the predetermined spots. I was able to do this in excel but not in word. Any one have any ideas of how to do this. Was told VBA would do it but is a form better? Any help would be awesome

Done correctly this is the best solution. You could use ASK fields but a sequence of ASK fields can be a real pain both for the user and the person doing maintenance.
