Default letterhead for Vets

I'm going crazy...i'm trying to create letterhead for our Vets group and can't get it right. It's simple...a small photo on the right and left side of top and the name and address of our vets group centered in the middle (single spaced)...it just won't fly.

Could someone please give me some direction so I can get it done for these guys.

Thanks...Toni

Try using a borderless three column single row table in the header and put your logos and text in the cells.
