Combining tracked changes and editable fields

Hi All,

I need to create a form which has restricted editing; allowing users to fill in only certain fields AND ensuring their changes are tracked.

I know using the developer tab you can pick one or the other..but I need both!

Literally pulling my hair out

..if anyone has any solution it would be much appreciated.
