Dictionary
"Add to Dictionary" is grayed out so I can't add any words. Why is this? Also, when I click on Review:Define, I get an alert that I must sign into my Microsoft account. However, when I click on "Sign in," a "time" bar briefly appears, then disappears. Nor can I figure out where the dictionary is located.
