Word Publishing: Split Shapes

Hi all,

I'm designing CD graphics and I can't quite figure out how it works in Office 2013 Word. I need to turn a specific corner of my CD Orange, but I can't figure out how to split shapes. Back in the day you could divide shapes into their parts and eliminate parts you didn't need. In the screenshot i've provided I put an orange square over the edge of my CD template. In older versions, I would be able to eliminate any excess areas of the orange square past the point where it intersected my circle. How do I do this now?
