Default automation during copy new chapter

hello

I would like to have some template for creating new chapters in one document.
What is the point.

The template is created in such structure:

1. chapter name,
1.1 text 1 chapter name,
any text
1.2 text 2 chapter name
any text
1.3 text 3 chapter name
any text
etc.

As you can see chapter name text is the same in all hierarchy nodes.

I would like to create such strucutre and put any text in the point 1 instead of chapter name text and in all below nodes this text will be automatically change too as in point 1.

And the next is to copy this section to other section eg.
2. chapter 2 name,
2.1 text 10 chapter 2 name,
any text
2.2 text 21 chapter 2 name
any text
2.3 text 45 chapter 2 name
any text
etc.

and the same if I will change text chapter 2 name on the point 2 level all subnodes of point 2 will change automatically, as well.

Is that possile? Any advice

Regards
Adam
