Default Sometimes can't change input language and sometimes can...
I use to write in both languages and switch between each language using the left CTRL+SHIFT.

Sometimes it changes the language and sometimes it doesn't. How to fix this annoying issue? (it happens only on MS office 2013)

Default
Try changing to the default Left ALT+Shift in case there is a shortcut key clash.

Default I is not the case
Even when I manually change the language in the language bar (using the mouse only) it still doesn't work
