I imagine a macro could be used to do the conversion but, without knowing the specifications for both formats, that isn't going to happen.
You also need to be aware that Word's implementation of at least some citation/bibliography formats is faulty. Chicago is a particular problem - it has two formats and Word supports only one - that conforms to neither.
