Default Stop Printing Comments Word 2013

I have a user that was recently updated to Office 2013. He has many documents that now have comments that show up when he prints. I know i can fix that document by turning off comments but how can i disable them for all documents? Or how can i stop them from printing by default? There are too many to change the setting for each document.

Default

Does the user want to delete the comments permanently or just hide them from printouts?
