TOC Heading with a Line Across Page
For Heading 1, I want to use a combination of text and a line across the page. How do I do that? |

Paragraph style > Format > Border might do the trick … don't know whether the navigation is the same for 2003, but I think border is the key word.

Yep use a paragraph border on Heading 1 to achieve what you are after.
Just go to Heading 1 and choose modify and then apply a Bottom border. |
