Template DropDown won't open
We have encountered a problem with a template that has been in use for years. Suddenly some (only some) people cannot get the drop down list to open. They are using Office 2010 on Windows 7 64bit OS. Again, just a few cannot, while others have no problem getting to form to work correctly. It is not a user profile issue because they can get it to work on another computer.
Any suggestions would be wonderful. Thank you.
