I cannot get a continuation notice to appear. I have created two very long footnotes, forcing a jump to the next page. I had set up "Continued on next page" in draft view and have rechecked that it is still there. I have tried both one-and two-column footnotes, in case that should make any difference. After a number of attempts, I am turning here for help. My practice document is attached.

Thanks, Janine. At least I know it's not me. (And, one hopes it will not be requested on the certification exam!)
