I have a proposal document that I re-use by changing the specifics (names, addresses, etc.). One of the specifics is an email address, which is hyperlinked.
A client just called and said she can see the four prior email addresses (from previous proposals) listed as mailto:name@company.com underneath the actual active hyperlink. She has Microsoft Word 2003. Has anyone ever seen this problem before? Anything I can do to make sure clients don't see who else I'm sending proposals to?? |
