Graham, Thanks.
I did as you suggested and was indeed taken to hidden files. I found one called Normal and when clicked it opened a new Word document as per norm. I got out, shut down and restarted. Opened a new Word document and entered text, saved and printed. Blue 0:0:255 printed as it should! Seems good to go. ![]() I will use only 'new' Word documents going forward but only time will tell if the problem is permanently fixed. Very much obliged. Will re-advise/confirm in due course.
