Default Right positioning, left alignment. Is it possible?

I know the title doesn't fully match the question but I was in a hurry and it's similar.
Is it possible to somehow get the text to be on the right side of the page while being centrally aligned? An example is this picture which I made using Paint:

There are two ways to do this
1. Make the left margin wider
2. Create a centred paragraph style with a large left indent to provide the left margin

See the attached file which does away with the need to change the page layout which will affect all text on that page and/or in that section.

Once you have typed the text that you need formatting like this then you can change the indent and justification settings to whatever you like for the remainder of the document.
