Default Cropping an screenshot ( screen shot pasted into word 2007.

I have a screen shot (ALT+Print Scr) and pasted into a word 2007 file.


I want to crop some of image portion which is looking like blank and want font size to increase.

The iamge is a screenshot.

Please assist ??

Default Crop function

To crop an image in Word 2007:

  • Insert image
  • Click once on the image (you should see the handlers appear - the black squares)
  • In the Ribbon, there is now an additional tab labled 'Format'
  • After selecting the Format tab, in the 'Size' section (last on the right) you will find the crop option.
