I went to use the thesaurus in Word 2013 and it told me there was no dictionary installed. HUH? When I clicked on "Get a Dictionary," it told me "Sorry, there are no dictionaries available for English (United States).
Can someone explain why this is happening? When you buy a full version of something, you want to be able to use ALL of its features. So annoying. Thanks very much. Todd |

Your description suggests a faulty or incomplete installation.
Have you tried repairing or modifying the Office installation (via Programs & Features > Microsoft Office > Change in the Windows Control Panel)?
