Question Updating multiple documents at once

I have 12 documents. It is the same document but in 12 different languages. 95% of the document stays the same but there is 5% that needs to be changed from time to time such a product code or some data in the table. The problem is that I have to go into each document and change it 12 times. Is there a way where I can update all 12 in one go?

I also have the body of text also in excel in rows and the different languages in columns (If that makes things easier to create a master template which wean overlay over different language templates).

Someone please say that there is a way of simplifying amending 1 document 12 times !!,
