Margins are a property of Sections not pages. I know this is counterintuitive.



It may have to do with formatting of your last paragraph. Is it formatted to "keep lines together?"

You can also adjust the spacing between paragraphs and within paragraphs as well as the left and right indents. Also you can adjust the font size.
