Default Automatic Entry

Good Day,

I am attempting to design format for my lesson plans. However, sometimes I need to change the wording of one item (say an objective). The problem is this objective may be in several different sections of my lesson plan. Is there a way (through tables, forms, something) that I can have say a master objective (at the beginning of the plan) that if I change if for some reason, the other objectives in the plan will automatically update?

Thank you.
