For your numbers that combine two levels I would use two paragraph styles that are combined on the same line using a Style Separator.

thank you for your answer. I am afraid the information provided in the links is something way beyond my abilities to figure it out. I mean it would take me hours to do it. Could anyone of you attach the word file with the numeration scheme that I need to have, please?
