Default how to set column width fixed in all similar documents

Hello, I'm new to this forum and I'm not an Office expert :-P
To go straight to the question: I've a document that use like a model to generate the same documents (a sort of cards collection) with different data, of course.
This document is a Word doc with a table inside, my problem is that when i move from a PC to another the columns width change proportionally to the monitor resolution.

To avoid this, I've used the table setting that fix the colum width to a fixed value, like the first pic (in the second you can see the dimensions fixed for the other two columns).
Now, obviously, when I start a new document with fixed dimensions It's all ok but remain the problem for the previous documents. I would avoid to change one for one, because are over seven thousands
It's a trick (or a VBA script or similar) that can apply these setting to to columns width for all the previous documents?
Thank a lot to anyone respond to me!!

To my knowledge, column width in Word does NOT change to fit screen resolution, in anything other than web view (if then).

It can change to fit page size.
Tables

You can set a column width in the Table Layout Tab when you are in a column.

Yes, I've a table in the document. I'm referring to the columns of the table (if you look at the pics I've put the dimensions, too).

If i leave the default setup for the table when i change PC (with different screen resolution, for example less than mine) dimensions change. For example from 22 cm the first column go to 18 cm.
After many tests I've understand that it's possible to lock the dimension in table configuration, but the problem persist for the other documents that was created during the last year.
I've over seven thousands documents with this problem and ask for a simple way to change without formatting one by one.

Again, it is not the change in screen resolution that will change a column width, unless you are talking about the displayed width rather than the printed width.

This does not appear to be the case from your screenshot.

I am trying to figure out the cause of the change.

Is the column width setting the same for every table?

Was there a change in version of Word between document generation and use? If so, what are the versions of Word involved?

Are the documents in .doc format or .docx format?

Final note: I do not recognize the language setting? Is that Portuguese?

Thank you for the help!!

The language is Italian. Office is the 2010 version and the file extension is .doc. The first version of document is not generated by me, then I don't know the first version of Office used (it's possible with 2003 version).
Yes the problem is about the displayed width, that I've fixed, for the new generated documents, with the parameter showed in the screenshot.
I think that the print width is the same on all computers, but i need to resolve the visualization problem, because usually i generate the document on a laptop with a larger resolution and after these documents are opened on other three laptops with different (lesser than mine) resolution (but with space to display the correct width).
I've done this putting to a fixed value the columns width (like showed before), but now the problem is with the existent documents.
If you have understood my problem there is a way to avoid manual correction? I don't know...like a VBA script or other ways?

Is the column width the same for all of the documents? Every table, every column, in every document?

You will be able to run a vba macro on all of the documents in a single folder. The question is, what should be done to each of those documents.

P.S. I am not going to write the macro but I suspect someone will. They will need to know what to do.

Here is a link to a macro that goes through a folder to do a find and replace.

Yes, the documents must have the same column dimension.
If someone can give me directives about VBA script I shall be grateful.
Now I've seen another problem : for an unknown reason some of the .DOC are in reality HTML files :-|
Of course Word open this without problem but those must be managed in a different manner...I don't know why this is appened (I think a fault of the last admin that has used some tricky template to generate the files).
It's possible to convert this fake .DOC to a real .DOC that maintain the relative format ?
