Default Word 2013, changes in word document automatically apply to another word document

I can't find if this is possible with Word...... changes in a word document automatically apply to another word document
The problem is, I have two Word documents with information, in document 1 is all the information, document 2 is the same information as document 1 but not all may be visible.
Now, if document 1 changes, they must not forget to change also the data in document 2. And that is what people often forget, so the documents get different.
Is there a way, if you change data in document1, and the data excist also in document2, it will automatically apply to document2?

I can't find it if this possible.

kind regards, roosje
