To place a <paragraph mark> after the "%" which is followed by 10+ numeric (with spaces in between) ends with "numeric<space>&"




i.e.: when a search encounters a 'numeric followed by a <space>and &' then the preceding "%" sign should be replaced with "%<paragraph mark>"' which results my above raw data as follows:

You should be able to achieve that with a wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = (%)([0-9 ]{10,}&)
Replace = \1^p\2
