Is there a way that word can create pages dynamically ?

Example:
User opens document with just one page.


This single page will contain some control like:

TYPE THE NUMBER OF PAGES: [xyz]

after the user enters a specific number in [ ] field, the Word will create xyz blank pages instantly (expanding the current document).
