You can do that with Find/Replace. Simply set the Replace font attributes to whatever you require.

Default I failed

probably there is something which evades me
I write ^# in the find cell
but I can't use ^# in the replace cell because it is not allowed, so I can't give any formatting

what do I write in the replace cell?
tia

In "Replace with" you can enter ^& (this references the found text). Then use the Font button to specify the formatting you want to apply.
