Content Controls in Headers
Hello, I am creating a form with four input fields on the first page that I want repeated for the remaining pages. I tried linking the input fields with REF fields in the header. Unfortunately when I lock the document for user input the REF fields in the header disappear.
Any help is appreciated. |

Are these text form fields? In that case, you can use STYLEREF fields in the header. Have a look at http://wordfaqs.mvps.org/StyleRef.htm#FormField.

Thanks Stefan. I've been searching for ways on how to do this for two days and of course right after I posted this question I found that exact same link. Thanks again!
