linking files to an online word processor
I have a Google blogspot account and have links on my blog to Google files I have written. The files can be viewed and printed, but not edited. I had to mark the files as "shared".
If I switch to Word files, would there be a way to link the files to the blog so that viewers could read and print the files, but not edit them? I don't want the reader to have to download them to read them. |

It's really impossible to prevent users from editing files if they have access to the files. You can make it harder, for example if you make PDF files and post those on your blog.
