Default Problem With Word Change Tracking

Hello, I have a large Word document with change tracking enabled. I have noticed that the display options for inserted text have stopped working. So although I have Word configured to underline and color inserted text, it does not color or underline it. All of the newly inserted text appears like the rest of the document - even if I try different display options. When I use the browse arrows to scroll through my changes, it still picks up the inserted text. Deleted text is displayed properly.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Any input as to why this is happening or how it can be resolved would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ben

Based on Word 2007, the following does NOT work for you?

Under the Review Tab:

Track Changes clicked on
Show Markup > Markup Area Highlight is checked marked
