If you have paragraph justification 'on', Word will adjust the space sizes so that both margins align; otherwise the space sizes are fixed in relation to the font and its size.

Thanks. But my problem is, that there is different space between the letters in the words in different sections of the text.
So how can I CTRL A the whole text and get the same space between all letters? |

Without actually seeing the problem document, it can be difficult for anyone to diagnose the issue. Can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.

The content looks normal to me. The spaces between the letters appear consistent. Of course, given that you are using a proportional-width font, the letters have different widths - a 'w' is much wider than an 'i'. If you want all letters to have the same width, you need to use a fixed-width font like Courier New.
