Default A problem when word files are pdf'ed in another computer

Hi,

I am sending my "word" files to an external company who is making a pdf file from all word files I send. I see the lines on the left side of the pages.
but the pdf created at the external company somehow puts the lines on the right side.
What can be done?
Thank you!

Your documents are at the mercy of whatever processing the external company puts them through. Since you're using Word 2010, why not use it's Save As function to create your own PDFs?
