automatic entering of multiple words
if I want to set up a form document (like an offer to lease document) where can use it for multiple deals and on each new document I only need to enter a name in once (I.e. landlord's name) and it edits the document by entering the name in a number of areas of the document in predetermined areas? thanks |

You want to structure your form as a Word Template.
Templates in Microsoft Word That way each time you use it it creates a new document. There are many ways to repeat data. See Repeating Data (Populating Multiple Like Fields). |

Wow I appreciate the support. Obviously I was exaggerating. Please spare me with your useless comments.

Lets just say thousands of people have found the procedures there to work. Exactly as described. They did so by following the instructions. You say they don't work. All that shows is that you can't follow directions.
And since all you can say is 'it doesnt work', which simply isn't true, how do you suppose anyone is going to be able to diagnose your issue????
