Having trouble with "Same as Previous" button for formatting headers
I use the headers/footers feature of Word 2011 for Mac so infrequently that I have forgotten where the "Same as Previous" button is on the Header and Footer formatting ribbon. I hovered my cursor over each button and I could not find the Same as Previous button. Is there a way to add it to the ribbon? Thanks so much for any help anyone can offer. Sincerely, Roy Patience |

In some versions, the button is called Link to Previous instead of Same as Previous. However, I have never used MacWord, only WinWord.

Thanks for the help. I discovered that I also had to click on the Headers and Footers button on the ribbon also.
Thanks. |
