Default Having trouble with "Same as Previous" button for formatting headers

I use the headers/footers feature of Word 2011 for Mac so infrequently that I have forgotten where the "Same as Previous" button is on the Header and Footer formatting ribbon. I hovered my cursor over each button and I could not find the Same as Previous button. Is there a way to add it to the ribbon?

Thanks so much for any help anyone can offer.

Sincerely,

Roy Patience
