Default Please help me!!

I had been working on a school project over the course of several hours. I had been consistently saving but my system thinks otherwise.

I restored the computer and when I opened word it came up with a document recovery. Under available files it says the name file I want [autosaved] and under that... this version was created from autorecovery. However when I try to open the file from autorecovery it says: "word cannot open the document" and and I press ok and another message says: "cannot delete file: cannot read from source file or disk". I can only try and open it once and then it disapperas and I have to do another system recovery. I tried to find the autorecovery file to no avail. It is nonexistant on the computer yet somehow shows up in document recovery. I went to where document recovy finds its files and theres nothing there but empty folders (even with hiding off). Please help me because I really need this file.
