Making a picture follow the colour theme

Hi

Sorry to spam you with questions. This will be the last for to day.

Making a word template, as every one know by now.
The front-page is a very simple graphic picture made in "Illustrator"
I would be nice if that picture could follow the colour themes in the word template.
How do I do that?
This is more a "Illustrator"-question maybe.
