Help required..

I have a word file of 42 pages which contains database of many people. I want to search the names with their surnames and want to create another word file which contains cells with desired surnames.
Each cell contains name (first name, surname), age, residential address of a person.
Each cell of the newly created word file should contain the complete information of the searched surname.
Surnames count :- 25 .
Multiple search also desired with minimum effort.



Find + replace option is very time consuming

Sounds to me like a job for a spreadsheet, not a word-processor :-} arrange the information in columns on sheet 1, use a reference to pull just the information you want from each record into sheet 2.

Without knowing how the data are arranged in the document, even that might not get one any closer. Word has far more powerful data parsing tools than Excel (although one could invoke RegEx to extend Excel's abilities) and can do a good job of preparing the data for importing into Excel. Consider, for example:
