Default Create an email with changeable fields

I am trying to create a very simple email template that will have 5 different places that I can edit quickly (name, address, name 2, etc.). The fields will be different every time I edit the letter... but I just need a way to remember that I still have fields to edit before sending out the template. I'd like to create an easy to use template that will save me some headache and allow me to be more accurate in filling out these fields. What can I do?

Since you are going to do a manual edit anyways, May I suggest you use colour to bring your attention to the places that need editing. Simply select the words in your template and use the 'Text Highlight Color' icon in the Font Group on the Home ribbon and highlight the words you want to bring your attention to.
