Default Creating custom like table of contents

I want to create "table of contents" but I want it as shown in the attached image.
I can't find it in the built in template nor am I able to create it.
when you see in the table of content in the right side image, "Chapter 1 Introduction" are in one line whereas in the document "Chapter 1" and "Introduction" are in different lines.
when I create TOC from built in templates I get this kind of TOC,
Chapter 1.........................1
Introdution.......................1
How can I create TOC as it is in the attached image.

Thank you

I can't even see details on your image. Take a look at it. You have perhaps 1/6th of the image you uploaded that matters. I think I can figure out what you want.

I do not believe you can automatically do what you want. Once you have your TOC set up, you can edit it and add both headings to one line. This is a computer program, not a copy designer; it can't read your mind and it does not have any instructions set up to tell it to combine these two headings on one page into a single line but only on this page. Sorry.
