Update causes Word problem
About an hour ago, some sort of Microsoft update took over my Vista laptop and shut down my PC while I was working. When the system restarted, Word no long works properly.
When I open a document, I'm not able to select text with the mouse and right click menus do not work. When I close the Word document a message appears that says Word has stopped working and then another that says Word is trying to recover my document. Word restarts but the problems remain. Does anyone have any idea what may have caused this. Thanks,
