Can you and how, cause a http redirection when a user opens a word document

having a technical issue, and want to see if i can resolve it with a word redirection.

i have no vb experience.

basically i want to have a disclaimer page, that if a user clicks, it will open the word doc, that opens the local intranet page.

Go to Insert > Hyperlink to the document you want
