Insert a text conditionally
Hi,
I want to create a macro by inserting a specific text based on the selection of a Check Box Conten Control. Means, If Check Box Content Control = True, should be insert the text "Not hired". If Check Box Content Control = False, should be possible to insert a free text Anyone can help me? |

Your document would require a Document_ContentControlOnExit macro for this, to both test the checkbox state and update the output which, presumably, would be sent to another content control, bookmark, table, etc. There have been plenty of threads here discussing the conditional output of text, etc, according to content control choices.
