Default Insert a text conditionally

Hi,
I want to create a macro by inserting a specific text based on the selection of a Check Box Conten Control. Means,

If Check Box Content Control = True, should be insert the text "Not hired".
If Check Box Content Control = False, should be possible to insert a free text
Anyone can help me?
