Vertical lines in PRINTED tables not contiguous
I use tables frequently, and when I tried to print one that looked perfect on my screen, the vertical lines turned out not contiguous. In addition, some of the text appears to be italicized, and some even has a "backward slant." [See "AARP Medicare Supplement" and "Tim Buehl, Florida." [I cut off 1/2 of document for security reasons.]
This just started happening. Never before. I am using MY laptop, and MY Word, but feeding my wife's printer, a HP Photosmart 6510, which is exactly the same model printer I use, but we are away from home so we brought just her printer, and switch the USB cord between her laptop and mine. I even sent her the file and had her print it from her laptop, and got the same results. Could be the printer, but I suspect it's in the Word creation. I tried copying the entire table and creating a new doc, but got the same result. Any suggestions? |

I have never seen this happen as a result of Word. I would put my money on the problem being the printer/print driver or other printer related issue. Just my thoughts...

I suspect you're right. Maybe someone else has seen the problem. Thanks.
