I have created a form, but the only thing i have left is to put it a multiple choice drop down box in.

How can i get a drop down list where more than one option can be selected at a time?

The available dropdowns don't allow more than one item at a time to be chosen. Your options are to either use multiple dropdowns or to use a combobox where the user can choose on item then copy the result, choose another, then paste the copied result into the result area before/after the displayed one.
